Arcobello

Arcobello Prosecco DOC is made from grapes grown on gentle slopes in the North East area of Veneto. The vines are trained using the traditional Bleussi, otherwise known as the "multiple radia" method, where the vines are trained in four different directions. Both the Arcobello Prosecco Frizzante DOC and Arcobello Raboso Rosato Frizzante IGT are made in the tradition of Prosecco, with the secondary fermentation taking place in cuvee close containers over a long period of time.
