Tajapiera

Tajapiera is Veneto dialect referring to the people who used to excavate traditional stone from the Prun area in the heart of Valpolicella. The soil in this area is quite unique, the stones creating a third hard layer on the hillside slopes, giving very particular growing conditions for grapes.

Tajapiera Amarone Valpolicella DOCG is beautifully structured and incredibly complex, with wonderful richness and concentration.

Tajapiera Soave DOC has pale straw coloure with green highlights , a fresh, fruity bouquet. Crisp fruit and refreshing acidity on the palate, finishing dry. Tajapiera makes an excellent partner for soups, starters, especially vegetable or seafood dishes .
