Joanna says: "It has lovely aromas of spice, orange pomander, blood orange, camomile and dried peach and a mouth-filling, dry palate with dried-apricot fruitiness balanced by the lively freshness of green tea."
 
She drank it "with straccetti di manzo con rughetta e parmigiano – strips of steak tossed in olive oil then quickly seared and served on rocket with shavings of parmesan – and with a salad of confit de gésiers de canard (duck gizzard – it always sounds more appetising in French) and it was good with both. It could equally well be served with spicy roast vegetable dishes, miso baked fish, an extensive meze, roast pork or lamb chops."

"Heather flowers, cranberries, dried grapefruit and some baking spices on the nose. Juicy, savory and nicely structured on the palate with a medium body and a medium-long finish. A transparent, serious frappato made in a more complex style. From organically grown grapes. Drink now."

Boscopiano is quite unique, something different, a wine that at the same time as honouring local traditions and craftmanship, embraces innovation. Typical of the Frappato grape in colour, it is ruby red with lovely purple reflections. The nose is a whirlwind of red fruits, spices, floral notes, oranges and almonds. On the palate there are notes of ginger and blood oranges. Succulent and gentle, it is extremely elegant, with a long finish.

Our orange wine brings together Inzolia and Zibibbo organic grapes to create a delicious, fruity and fresh wine.

A beautiful unique orange colour. On the nose there are notes of grapefruit, lemons, with hints of spice, balsamic, white pepper and mint. On the palate there is an excellent structure, with lovely fruit flavours, all supported by good balancing acidity, giving it an attractive freshness.
